Shipping costs

At checkout, the shipping costs are determined depending on the country of destination. 

Orders from the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL 

Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped with UPS

Can I track my order? And how? 

When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation in the mail. After the confirmation email, you will receive a second email with shipping details. This will also show your personal track and trace code, with which you can follow your order. 

Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship all our products worldwide 

The Amsterdam Supplier Return policy

• Within 14 days of receipt, you can return an order at your own expense 

• A return must be in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging/ box

• The item returned must contain the original tags in its original condition 

• The item returned has to be unused, unaltered and unwashed.
